Bromelain is a protein-splitting (=proteolytic) enzyme that is mainly found in the fruit and stem of the pineapple. Enzymes are associated with many positive effects on the body and health - recognized doctors and scientists even refer to them as the "building blocks of life". Without enzymes, life on our planet would not be possible. They are part of every cell, every organ and every process in the body. Bromelain itself is even used as an accompanying agent. It helps to break down larger proteins into smaller peptides, which can support the body in numerous processes.

Recommended consumption:
